Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jl961 website at jl961.net, any associated mobile applications, and all related services and products made available by jl961.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing jl961 services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their jl961 account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds allocated to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with jl961, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You must not be self-excluded from jl961 or subject to any exclusion order from PAGCOR or another recognised gambling authority.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid government-issued ID details, and a working email address.
• You must hold only one active account on the jl961 platform at any given time.

jl961 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl961 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jl961 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available and keep your registered mobile number and email address current.
• Immediately notify jl961 support if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jl961 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified jl961 of a security breach prior to the relevant activity occurring.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jl961 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at jl961's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl961 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jl961 is not responsible.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your Account dashboard. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one to three business days. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account.

jl961 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments pending completion of identity verification, investigation of potential fraud, or compliance with regulatory obligations. In such cases, jl961 will notify you as promptly as practicable.

Bonuses & Promotions

jl961 offers a range of promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion's terms and are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

Gameplay Rules

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

All casino game outcomes on jl961 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game results broadcast in real time. jl961 does not manipulate game outcomes.

For sports betting, all bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jl961 reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed on obvious pricing errors, or bets that are determined to have been placed using insider information or as part of a match-fixing scheme.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including but not limited to server failures, network interruptions, or software errors — jl961 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a definitive game outcome cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl961 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent from jl961.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered on the sportsbook.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl961 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any jl961 software.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the jl961 platform — including but not limited to the jl961 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl961 or its licensed third-party game providers and content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl961 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl961 content without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on jl961 content, design, or software.
• Use the jl961 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without express written consent.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of jl961 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl961's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your jl961 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl961 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or jl961 had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform due to technical errors.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jl961's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

jl961 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm among Filipino players. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, jl961 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

Account Suspension & Closure

jl961 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filed with a payment provider in connection with a jl961 deposit.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate or linked account.
• Direction from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of all outstanding compliance and verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jl961 support. Such requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon voluntary closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jl961 platform, you should first contact jl961 customer support at [email protected]. Our team will investigate the matter and provide a written response within 10 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved at the first instance, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. jl961 is bound to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution. The decision of PAGCOR's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent jl961 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from the appropriate courts of the Philippines where reasonably necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Amendments to These Terms

jl961 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or responsible gaming provisions — jl961 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substantive meaning, or additions of new game categories — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the jl961 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
